Lease Packages ::

Package 1

Basic building structure which includes 2 passenger lifts, 1 goods lift, stairs, 40 car parks and a backup generator which supports the lifts and a limited number of lights.

Package 2

In addition to the basic package detailed above the following amenities will be provided,

• 5 escalators in one direction from ground floor to 5th floor
• Air conditioning of 418 Tons which caters to the requirement of the entire 50,000 sq feet of the building. This includes installation, testing and commissioning with all high side works including erection of the indoor and outdoor units, copper piping, cabling, gas charging, testing and commissioning of the units. The air conditioning scope of the work shall be up to the AHU room only. All low side works and ancillary works connected with interior works like ducting, insulations, grills, dampers pleanums & collars etc, shall be excluded from the builder’s scope.
• 100% backup generator will be provided (20 watts per sq of carpet area). The total generator capacity would be 1200 KVA.
